Email and SMS go hand in hand and we've made it easier for you to do both now that we've introduced 3Seventy as the preferred SMS partner of Benchmark Email.
Zapier, Justuno and New Template Integrations

Zapier allows you to connect to more than 300+ of the business tools you're already using. With Justuno you can incentivize your subscribers to grow your list. We also created new template integrations with SurveyMonkey and Eventbrite to give you an email marketing assist with your polls and surveys and events.
That's just the tip of the iceberg! Other big happenings this year included:
Agency Accounts are the perfect solution for the marketer or agency running multiple clients' accounts giving the ability to maintain access to all client accounts under one umbrella. Agencies can have each individual client handle payment for their own account and will earn 25% every month for each paid client account.

PIN Security to maintain an extra level of security for paid accounts. Users can enable a security pin that must be entered before exporting lists and reports. Great for users with Sub Accounts.

Click Heat Maps & Time of Opens & Clicks to see the first 72 hours of opens and clicks for your email campaigns and learn the best times to send your campaigns. Get more out of your email report by visually seeing what links have been clicked in your campaign to design better campaigns.

New Events Pricing & Improvements erase the monthly fees previously required to run multiple or paid events. We've also reduced the ticket fees. Plus, there's a handful of product improvements coming to Events in 2016.
